EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE DATA/newsletter
I collect your Email Address through my contact form for communication purposes only, in responding to your query. You need to know that I use google mail via Squarespace as a data processor to manage this information. You are required to provide an email address on the contact form, but please note that other identifying information such as IP address, time zone and geographical area may also be collected. I do not store, keep or share your email address with anyone else. Nor do I use your email address to send you any marketing or promotional materials. This sharing is done via my substack newsletter below.
I offer a newsletter/blog via Substack. I collect your email address through a subscription form on Substack so that you can receive this occasional newsletter, new writing and updates from me. You need to know that I use Substack as the data processor to manage this information. You are required to provide an email address on the subscribe form, but please note that other identifying information such as IP address, time zone and geographical area may also be collected. I do not have access to this information. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.
CONTACT PAGE
If you send me a message via my Contact page, you will be asked for your name and email address to enable me to respond to you. It is always your choice to contact me via this method, and if we enter into further conversation then any details about yourself that you disclose are entirely at your own discretion. Your confidentiality is respected and I will not share any of the contents of a private conversation with anyone else unless you provide me with information that presents a significant risk of harm to yourself or others.

You may post a comment on my blog post anonymously. It is your decision if you chose to include your name or not.
Online Individual & Group Sessions
I use Zoom as a secure and confidential platform to provide private and group online sessions.
Zoom is a completely secure, end-to-end encrypted, connection. This means, all conversations and information shared in our sessions are privacy-protected.

Where group sessions are recorded you will always be advised in advance that this will be occurring and have the option to opt out of this session (this denotes withdrawal of consent) or request that I delete any data about you recorded during these sessions. Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes or for podcast purposes.
Private sessions are NOT recorded.
MARKETING DATA
Not currently applicable.
USER DATA
I collect data about how you use the Site. This data is collected by and processed by the analytics tracking system on Squarespace and Google Analytics. This includes but is not limited to page views, browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, timestamp information, length of visit to Site pages, the number of times you visit the Site, time zone settings, geographical location, and the devices you use to access the Site. This data is collected to run and operate the Site, improve customer service and personalize your user experience.

Personal details such as your name/organisation name, email address, telephone number, dates of appointments/sessions, questionnaire answers, details of fees charged, the amounts paid and payment methods.
I use this personal data to arrange appointments, to send appointment reminders and send invoices, and to collect payments and to provide a high quality service as is required both legally, and on a contractual basis, with my clients.
